if 2 is 6 letters rather than 7 ans could be BANDIT ...sounds like banned it ???

This is a bit "far out".

BANDITO = an outlaw

band (sounds like banned = outlawed)

Ito (Lance Ito = Judge in OJ trial)

I`m thinking BANDITO... but can`t parse
