Hello Ethik, 11a was my last one - about an hour ago! Last 4 words are the defn. The word is in Chambers as 4-4-1-4. 4-letter word for drunk, then another 4-letter word for filth, repeated, round 1 letter for about. The dropped L comes from talking.
3d the U comes out of shout, so an anagram of line plus short version of 'of' and question, plus 'hence' without the husband. Defn is clumsy speech.
