Correct words, wrong order. Sorry.

Hi there,

Am stuck on 19d and 24a,

19d (6) 'Having moved on from upset regarding developing creature?' I've got f?e??? and am thinking 'foetal'.

But that means 24a (7) 'Mark shrouded in disgrace - one's bottom' must end in an 'a'. I've got s?a?i?a and can only think of 'stamina' and can see 'stain' in there but not the rest of the clue.

Glad for any help/explanation.
