Yes, you're right, FJ. Since I first "got into" them just over a decade ago I've gone to see them any time they've played locally. (My wife accuses me of stalking them). Every gig I've been to I've talked to the two Brewis brothers, who really have time for their fans. I remember, before one gig, sitting at the bar with Peter and talking about (not music - although we have done that) normal stuff like fatherhood. He wouldn't take a pint from me as he was driving the band back to Sunderland from Glasgow after the gig because the bassist had to be at work next morning. Obviously doing it for love, not money.
