My downloaded version of this crossword does not contain any clues in italics, can anybody who have found which clue numbers they are please let me know.

Mine didn't either, but they are 1a,19a,23a (misprinted as a second 22a) and 37 a.
Got them all except 19a so any help welcome

I can confirm that the italic clues are 1, 19, 22 and 37 (all Across).

19 is an adjective that often precedes the word "goddess", especially in reference to Nigella - cryptic enough do you think?

Presumably the letter count (4) for 16d is wrong. There are only three spaces in my grid.
