Why is this ASPECT ?

Thanks, everyone, for your kind congratulations. I was struggling a great deal with today's puzzle until I eventually realised I'd put the answer to 21A into the 26A position. Should have gone to Specsavers!

(John, I also put "aspect" for 20A but can't see the parse either).

I've got STROLLER for 6d Buggy (8). I'm struggling to get the across clues to fit in. Is STROLLER correct? Any help appreciated.
