Although very impressed with sw's multiple attempts at finding an Oscar winner, I felt the final result had too many words. There were many good anagrams. I did like paul's use of a real event @7 as the definition and fj's use of "insiders" @11. However, I am going with stevea6000 @24 for the clever use of reverse inclusion with exclusion.
