20d is Scotsman and the first 4 letters go in the 20 cell. Scots (taxes) ma n.
36 is Laith: LA it h and the th both go in last cell.

I tried to look up Laith in Glosbe.com and The Dictionary of Gael.
Both do not show it.
So without your help, could not have found this word.
