I've nearly done but stuck on 1d (like you!) 10d & 3d.
I think I've got some other clues wrong since nothing seems to fit.

3d is by 33a

1d As was said the definition word is usually spelled with an R instead of an L

Sudokulover - Re the top right-hand corner - I'm not happy with 10 d; the word I've got is the only one that fits, but I don't particularly like the definition
