Finished today's puzzle but can't explain three answers.
10 ac Press trophy table (8).
I have c-p-o-r- so I assume the answer is cupboard. Cup = trophy, board = table, but in what sense does cupboard mean press?
Another I cannot explain is 21d: People, for example, not in denial (6). I have n-t-o-. Presume it is nation, but why?
Finally 23d So little work with nothing added (4). I have e-g-. Ergo? the 'o' is the nothing added, but how is erg 'little work'?
Thanks.

Sorry - an extra "system" forcde its way into that post!

MKS system is what we now use, replacing CGS (and the even older Imperial units).
