Hello faraday (and welcome!)

I'm seeing your NOT OLD POE anagram @31

@11 is it an anagram of P O'TOOLE D(oes) N(ot) (or am I missing something more devious?)

Evening all!
Thanks to everyone who entered this week, as usual it has been a pleasure working through all your clues. Welcome back bobs mum and heathcliff!

There were quite a lot on my original shortlist, so many lovely touches from all of you. I whittled it down to 3 runners-up however,
Skyewalker @ 2
Heathcliff @ 14
Marty @ 33

But this weeks winner is fieryjack @ 13 with

"Just add hot water to make it, fool"

The more I thought about your clue, the more I liked it! It reads like a cookery lesson from Mr T. I know you are a music lover so I hope you won't be offended by this portrayal of Ozzy...
