No, no, no. Hoovering before finishing The Wee Stinker is dereliction of duty!

I only do it when visitors are coming otherwise it's Wee Stinker to the fore and it usually takes all day.

Thank you for this Seamus. You truly are a godsend to those of us dependent on ferries and Royal Mail to get our papers to us. For the second Monday running our papers didn't arrive here on Mull, as is common this time of year. It is slightly strange doing the crossword when it's not attached to the paper, but better than being without. Keep up the good work.

You're welcome. There was only one Monday last winter when the papers didn't arrive here as the ferries were cancelled for two days and it happened to be the week I won a t-shirt, so keep hoping!
