Thanks for hosting, chrise. Thanks for the votes: rossim, rosalind, pigale. And thanks for the mentions: dorrien, skyewalker, paul.

See you all next week. Like chrise this week, I'll be setting it early in the day.

I agree, it's good to have helped select the winner.

Enjoyed thinking about the word, chrise and thanks for the mention (!)
Also pigale and thanks seamus and dorrien for your votes, very encouraging.

I hadn't seen the clip either, chris and thanks for hosting. Hope you enjoyed your curry. I don't care if I don't eat another as long as I live!

Nice one, SteveA - great clue. Cheers, ChrisE, for hosting and for the clip. My daughter, as a very young toddler, inherited from me a not dissimilar toy rabbit which soon became her favourite companion. When it became too dirty/ smelly to live with, he wasn't consigned to the bin, but was put in the washing machine. Unfortunately, aforementioned small person entered kitchen and noticed her bosom buddy revolving in hot soapy water. Very traumatic! (She's 25 now and still has the rabbit).
