I've made quite a bit of progress with this but have found it hard going. I'm stuck on a couple of clues. 6a Deposit assumed by strong investor (7) s--o-r
And8a Robot swiizzed when logic circuit's inserted wrong way round. (5). Dr--

For anyone not doing this, one letter has to be removed before entry.

8 could be Drone (robot) swizzed = done with R inside - a logic circuit is sometimes called OR
