75 across, Nothing sweet for a hospital

No letters placed at all?

Please can you give a letter count and any placed letters as we don't all have the crossword.

I've found the grid and it's 6 letters but I can't read the crossing ones to get a grip.

I struggled with the size too. If I enlarged the grid the clues disappeared off the page!

48 down has 10 letters and 75 across 6 letters. For 48 I have -H---U-E-Y so phillumeny may be correct. For 75 I have N-R-H-.

75 nought = nothing
nougat = sweet
replacing A with H(ospital) ????

59d Palace architect of urban development in Vatican City and Ghana. I have Vanburgh which looks good but does not 'go' with 'nought' as solution to 75a - Nothing sweet for a hospital.
