Re 21, jogmal, ea is a dialect word for river or water and one letter is not mentioned in the wordplay, as per the preamble.

I've got the theme - some obscurities there in my opinion - but I just need to complete the bottom right corner. Eg 41) Box hill base (4).

As regards 41a it is a three letter word for a hill and E for base. Think laterally about box.....
Then I cannot add up, but I seem to have 12 instead of 13 names so might need to have a better look or ask for more help.
