Can anyone help with the wordplay for these....

How does 'Exploits' fit into the wordplay?

26d Trust Holy Service to skip flipping organ (3,4,5,2) - PIN ONES HOPES ON (Trust)

I can see 'Skip' = HOP + 'Organ' (flipping) = NOSE (Reversed), but not sure how how to get PIN ONES from 'Holy Service' - Obviously pins can make holes but I'm sure I'm missing something.

36d Was spellbinding married girl incorrectly got up? (10) - MESMERISED (Was spellbinding)

Is it M + ESME + RISED, or something else? - I'm never too sure about clues that rely on a name in the wordplay given that there's an infinite list of them.

Pi=Holy
Nones= Service
Hop=skip
Ones= anagram of nose.

I should have said that Pi= Pious/ holy,often shortened.

Exploit in the sense of a feat , so an albatross would be a golfing feat
