Hi all. Filled this one in quickly but now struggling with

3D which I thought might be one of nine but it does seem to end in ACE which is possibly a Vietnamese word anyway.

10D which looks to be villarèales but I cannot translate.

3 D is definitely thematic.

10 D - what does your answer (as shown) have in it?

3D I have entered as a gap but do not have the initial answer.

10d my accent should be the other way! Letters correct?

Confess not got 43 or 12 so would help to know omitted letters

10. Sorry, I just meant your answer had an accent in it - I didn't even register/check that it was the right way round.

10 D - Your letters are correct, so the extra letter's easy to find.

3 D. The original answer is IN the clue - the 'regularly' bit will help. It's a fairly two word answer for 'habit' as in dress, costume.

Rickye,
43 answer is thematic, anagram of YOU LIKE with an extra letter. The entry is pretty straightforward once you have the answer.
10 answer is LAVALLIERES, extra letter is R

All done and extra letters word guesstimated as I have 8 of the nine letters.
For completeness though please can I get a hint for 30 across :

More than one Lord of the manor retained by Neuchatel as inspectors (10) but has an extra letter in the subsidiary part.
