Almost there but stuck on 13a - Badly built pound, with ridiculously underlit exterior (3-6). I have ill t?rugh which obviously is wrong. Your usual enlightenment would be much appreciated. Thanks

those last 3 letters belong to a different answer. the answer to 13 is an anagram - not a phrase that i knew.
