Last two: 15d, What follows a word of approval more than once cheers - I have AYES but can't see wordplay re 'cheers'. 14a, Fancy pigeon with quality? Not for this party - I have ?ARAQ but can find nothing in Chambers. Can anyone help?

I think it is "BYES" B follows "A". Bye bye is cheers. The B also fits with BARBQ.

'B' is 'What follows A' and YES is the 'word of approval'.
