Thanks sorted now - i was just missing the 45 one.

Jogamel, definitely seventeen, and not part of a phrase containing the title. They are in the revised grid, reading left to right and top to bottom, all in different words and all in non-intersecting squares.

Kobnut! I am fundamentally flawed then. I have not, and do not know how to, revise my grid. Back to my glass.....anyone else as dim as me?

Count me as a dim one! I am obviously missing something but I cannot see any pointer as to which letters should be changed.

I got there the hard way - and kobnut's post was a great help. I started at the very beginning and worked my way through - after a little bit of a slog, I saw what was happening.

I'm still in the "full grid, but still stumped" camp. May I ask for a nudge as to the locations of the first couple of revisions?

My second sentence, combined with Kobnut's last words should get you going - I hope!
