Good morning, Rusty!
It is a lovely sunny day with a bright blue sky........but the ground, of course, is very muddy from all the heavy rain yesterday.
A very poggy dog this morning.
Still mildish though.
I have "15 to1" set to record daily , so we shall see what happens today.
But there has never been a problem previously with the show.
Ah, now, Mr Jingles......he may have gone to Brighton for the Summer?
Perhaps he will pop in and visit us when the weather gets really cold.
I am off out shortly to get my hair trimmed......
I shall be back about lunch time.

Got my water back! Phew.

Also got my (hopefully) badger-proof fence. two feet down, three feet high, unclimbable.

Awaiting the bills!

Good morning, Elle!
Smashing morning up here, too!
Hopefully 15 to 1 will be fine!
I'll record it too (if it is shown up here!) to see if it is OK.
Hope Mr Jingles turns up safe and sound!
Time he was indoors before the hard frost arrives!
Will your daughter's train run today?
I was thinking of a hair cut, myself.
Mine's is a DIY effort, though!

Good morning, Pigale!
Lovely morning here.
I don't know if you will look in here today, or not, but I'd like to wish you all the very best for your stent op tomorrow.
I am sure you and the French Health Service will be fine!

I suspect Mr Jingles is no more. Life of house mouse in the wild; less than a year. Inside, maybe 2/3

Hello, Rosalind!
In the film "The Green Mile", Mr Jingles lived to be over one hundred years, I think it was!

Good morning Rusty!

How kind of you! Yes, thank you for your good wishes for tomorrow -
I am not apprehensive really, all went well last time, so why should it not this time round?

I simply wonder when I shall be allowed home - Thursday afternoon
or Friday?

Cat feeders are organised anyway!!! I have good local friends who
will see to that.

Paid for transport by taxi is organised - I have a travel voucher from
hospital 85 kms away - so what else does one need? Just pack a
small bag for what I need to take with me

Weather less dull here and so mild!

Not being a great reader at the moment, I have order the DVD
'Testament of Youth' - Hope the DVD will be as good as the
book which, from what you and Elle said was very good.

Hello, Pigale!
You will be fine, and you seem to be well organised!
That's the main thing.
I have recorded the film "Testament of Youth", it was on television here, a day or two ago, but not got round to watching it yet.
The book was excellent, as I remember, though it is a few years since I read it.
I believe it is looked upon as a "classic" of that era.

Sorry Ros, just seen your post!

Thanks for your good wishes - I go with a free mind - I liked
the Cardiologist and trusting one's doctor goes a long way to make one feel confident!

Hope to report back Thursday evening if no delay.....
