Hello, Elle!
I watched a bit of Andy Murray talking in the studio to Sue and Tim.
Was entertaining!
I think I'll try a bit of the football match on TV now.
I have a coconut yogurt (large) to eat, too!

Hi, Rusty!
I saw a bit of Andy, and Tim, with Sue, too.......but I switched to watching the Men's Doubles!
Mike Bryan was playing for the first time without his twin brother, Bob, who has had a hip operation.
Mike (who is the right-hander; Bob being left) teamed up with Jack Sock.....
The pair went on to win their match.
Jamie Murray and Bruno Soares are still playing on Centre Court; they are up two sets to one.......
I hope a coconut yoghurt isn't all you are eating?
We decided to celebrate the cooler weather (after a diet of salads!) by going to the chippie!
Very nice it was, too!

Good morning, Elle!
Overcast today, not been out yet, though.
We may even get some rain!
I think Jamie Murray is out of the men's doubles now, but plays with Miss Azarenka in the mixed.
Hope they do well.
Some hills today in Le Tour, which should make for good racing and liven up the GC, I hope!
Not the big Alpine hills yet, but they will be similar to the ones used in the Spring classics.
I am looking forward to it!
Why should I not eat coconut yogurt?
I had mackerel and chips earlier!
Going out soon for my paper, and Miss O and me are heading to Pine Cone later.

Good morning, Rusty!
It is somewhat overcast and chilly here, too, as yet!
The sun is probably still looking for his hat.......
No dog walk this morning, as we setting off very shortly.
We need to be over at our daughter's by 9 am.
It is BB's school Sports Day!!
Yes, Jamie and Bruno are out of the Men's Doubles, but we have two Brits still in.....although not playing together.....Joe Salisbury and Dominic Inglot.
A good day's tennis, with the Men's Quarter Finals later....
I hope I am back in time!
Have a good time with Miss O at the Pine Cone!
And enjoy Le Tour!

Hope you enjoy the Sports Day!
I am engrossed in Le Tour.
Good racing and lovely French scenery.
Pine Cone was fine.
Miss O and me had a very nice outing!

Hi, Rusty!
We had a great time at the Sports Day!
BB did very well!
The children were taking parts in teams for their respective School Houses, which I thought was a wonderful idea.
Encouraging team spirit without undue competitiveness between the youngsters.
A good day!
I came home to find Roger Federer in great trouble...... two sets all, and fighting for points in the fifth set.
Regrettably from my viewpoint, Roger has lost to Kevin Anderson - 13-11 in that last set!
Some wonderful tennis!
Your day sounds to be going well.......
I'm glad you enjoyed your outing with your granddaughter!
How is Le Tour progressing?

Good afternoon, Elle!
I am glad you enjoyed the Sports Day!
I watched the last set of Federer v Anderson.
Smashing game!
Miss O and me had a really nice time.
Pity she was not on holiday all the time!
Le Tour was very good today.
I enjoyed the French countryside, lovely and green!
The stage was won by Peter Sagan (have I mentioned him before?).
So, there's been 4 flat stages and Sagan has won two of them and been second in the other two.
Mr Consistency! That's why he's in green.
And tomorrow we go to Mur de Bretagne and that stage is just made for Sagan.
I think they ascend the Mur twice, so there will be gaps opening and may affect the GC, though the yellow jersey, Greg van Avarmaet, is very good over this type of terrain, and may well keep the jersey.
He is a fine rider.
We shall see!

Hi, Rusty!
I am awaiting a phone call from BB to tell me which School House eventually won on the accumulation of points from each class!
I do hope it was his!
I missed a phone call from him earlier, when I was out in the garden with the dog...and although I tried to return the call, I cannot rouse them at the moment!
Probably my daughter's mobile is on ' Silent'!
And they do not have anything as old-fashioned as a 'landland'!
Pete Sagan is doing well on points!
Long may he wear the green jersey!
There may yet be another tennis upset...…
Rafa is in some trouble from Juan Martin del Potro, who is up two sets to one.......

Good evening, Elle!
Looks like BB's house may have won, if he phoned?
There have been a lot of upsets this year at Wimbledon.
I heard Andy Murray doing commentary earlier.
He seemed fairly competent?
Sagan is doing very well and I expect him to be to the fore tomorrow, too.
It will be a tough stage, though.

Hi, Rusty!
I have been watching Rafa and Juan -Martin playing...…..
What a match!
Incredible tennis!
By far the best match I have seen this Wimbledon.
Neither man deserved to lose...and it all turned on the one break of serve.
Juan Martin was on the ground at the end, and Rafa climbed over the net and helped him up...and they hugged!
Great sportsmanship!
I saw Rod Laver, Richard E. Grant, and Mansour Bahrami amongst the spectators.
I wonder if Andy Murray is envisaging a future in commentating, as the other (retired) tennis pundits are doing?
You will be enjoying the fact that Sagan is doing so well!
