Hi, Rusty!
I always think Saturday's puzzles are easier than the weekly ones......
Yet it doesn't make sense, as those are the Prize ones.
5a (pawnshop) is one of the four that I still have to parse!
I am working on them.......
My favourites are century; deliverance and caballero.
"Caballero" reminds me of Bing singing "The Three Caballeros"!
I think he sang it with the Andrews sisters?
Right, I must away......the rain has stopped, the sun is saying a weak hello.......
And it is time to go for a walk!
Have fun with Miss O!

Hi Elle and Rusty,

Hope you are having a great time with Miss O, Rusty!

I have just watched the Webcam for the last 10mns, and I am sure
it is a recording!
The same tree movements happen at the same intervals, I cannot
hear the noise of trees moving in the wind (and yet I have my microphone on maximum), and at the bottom of the picture, I
can still see the cursor moving slowly from left to right.

They think they can fool us and I find this despicable! Why don't they
tell us the truth?

Hello, Elle and Pigale!
I have not had a reply from the loch, yet.
But, they posted this on Twitter at 11:30 today.

"We are dealing with a number of issues with the webcam and working hard to resolve them. Maintenance is ongoing.
It is currently working.
Thank you for your patience."

So!
I am not sure if the picture is live, but it is not very good quality.
Raining here!

Hello Elle and Rusty!

Just back from a walk down to the village centre - a light breeze,
but very warm in comparison to lately - I am sure we were not
far from the 20C mark out of the breeze - It feels rather humid though.

Just seen a green Woody wood-pecker in my garden, and funnily
enough, I saw his cousin the spotted one a couple of days ago!
In France, the green woodpecker has the reputation of being the
sign of forethcoming rain - is it the same in England?

Re- Webcam - I still reckon it is a recording - same movement of
trees, etc, and no sound of wind in the trees - weird?

Are you both enjoying a nice Saturday?

Good evening, Rusty!
Goodness, where has the day gone?
I feel as though I've blinked three times and the day has sped past.......
We went out for a walk about 11 am, and since then I simply haven't stopped.....
We arrived home about 2 o'clock to find a phone message from our son awaiting us to say that he and our granddaughter were coming over here this afternoon.
I'd barely listened to the message when they arrived!
They have only just left for home........my husband is taking them part way, as far as the tram stop.
Did you and Miss Orlando have a good time out this morning?
( I had a bacon roll earlier and thought of you!)
I have read all the exchanges about the Osprey website........yes, a poor do, because if they don't get the cameras up and running before Laddie arrives, we shall miss monitoring their progress.
I read Gayle's article in The Courier - very interesting.
You didn't comment on my mentioning Bing's singing "The Three Caballeros"!
Do you know the song?
I have it on an old 78 !

Hello, Pigale!
I am sorry.....I haven't been ignoring you!
Firstly, I was out walking for quite a long time.
Then, my son and granddaughter arrived.
We just had a quick phone call to tell us they were on the way...and then they were here!
And have only just left.
They came for a Mother's Day visit, a day early, because my son is working tomorrow.
It was lovely to see them!

Good evening, Pigale!
It is a black screen again!
I think it was working earlier, though!
The squirrel cam is working but a poor quality picture.
Not so good!

Good evening, Elle!
That was nice getting your son visiting!
I had a ham and cheese omelette at Pine Cone and a J2O.
We had a nice time.
I vaguely know Bing's song.
There was a lad called Caballero played for my local football team a few years ago.
I would have preferred a slightly tougher puzzle today.
Heavy rain outside!
