Hi, Rusty!
Thank you for looking into the EuroSport problem for me.
That was nice of you!
I cannot log in - the site will no longer accept my email address or password.
I am being asked to pay more money (no way am I going to do that!).
The only email address I have for them is
support-uk@eurosport.com
and every email sent there is being returned as "undeliverable"
Do you have an alternative email address, by any chance?
I cannot find out any further information, as I am being blanked at every turn.
The only other thing I can do is hold fire, and see if things improve after a few days , if you think this might be teething problems with a new set-up?
What a bind!

Some folk in Italy and elsewhere have had problems with the new Europlayer site.

Hello, Elle,
I have found another of their FAQ sites.
They are receiving lots of queries regarding their new site.
They say they have various departments fixing bugs etc.
This address is slightly different to the one you used
support-uk@eurosportplayer.com

Thank you.
I have saved that website in My Favourites and will try contacting EuroSport through that in the morning.
I have some reference numbers etc., that were given to me on my registration , so I can quote these.
It is of some comfort to know that there are others experiencing problems!
Let us hope it will be sorted soon!

I hope you are able to contact them.
Yes, there are problems for many folk.
This would put folk off joining up for a yearly contract, if they can not upgrade their site seamlessly.

Good morning, Rusty!
We have a lovely warm day here!
How is it your end?
Now....EuroSport Player!
I have sent messages this morning, both to the new email address that you gave me (yes, a little different from the one I had in my records) and I have also filled n the Contact form on the website that you provided.
Both are "active" at least...in that I have had automated replies saying that my problems will be attended to within 72 hours.
Not exactly an instant solution....but "contact" has at last been established!
Thank you very much indeed for all your help!

Well, a little bit of progress with your EuroSport Player.
Hopefully it will be resolved fairly soon!
Keep trying the player to see if it will "work"?
It is a bit dull here today.
I went for a spin in my new buggy.
Went to my favourite butcher.
Got a steak pie and a large apple pie.
They are excellent!

How is your son today, have you heard ?
Is his queasy tum any better?
Yes, I keep trying the EuroSport site...but no luck as yet!
It doesn't sound as though I can expect a quick fix!
I am having problems with the crossword today...
Is it me, or is it difficult ?
I like 16a and 7d though!

Hello, Elle!
My new car is just fine.
I have booked it in for a full service next Wednesday.
Yes, the steak pies are possibly the best in town, from that particular butcher.
He has excellent stuff!
His apple pies are the best I have ever had.
Yes, my son says he is a bit better today, thank you.
The puzzle is up to standard, Elle, I'd say?
I liked 13d!
There may be one or two words that are new to you, though.
Possibly, 10a, 11a, 14a, 3d, 13d ?
Let us hope Eurosport get their player fixed and running soon.
Great finish to Mo's race!
I see there are more bodies coming out of the glaciers in Switzerland.
Two or possibly three hikers from over twenty years ago.
