Chris...I'm an idiot!
I read the time taken for the race as the date!
Apologies!

First laugh I've had today, elle. The weather has been unbelievably miserable - I'm expecting our golf match tomorrow to be called off for flooding!

Hi, Rusty!
Mmmm, perhaps I have just "coined" a word?
I cannot find either sourcer/ sourcerer in Chambers!
It is a nice word though, do you not think?
I shall use t!
Yes, you have given yourself a good length of time before November in which to find another car.
Should you not be able to watch the "live" coverage of the Paris DL, the Highlights are showing on BBC2 on Sunday, as I have just told Chris.
That is followed ( we have just received our new TV guide!) by the World Championships Trials for the GB team.
And over on BBC 1, should you be interested , Sue Barker is hosting "Our Wimbledon", where she greets several tennis "greats" to mark 90 years of BBC's coverage of Wimbledon.
I shall definitely watch that!

Very sorry to disappoint you, elle - Terry Pratchett got there first (as was not uncommon!)

Hello, Elle!
Sourcerer is a fine word!
You should patent it.
Now I have a conflict of interest on Saturday.
The Diamond League from Paris clashes with the Ladies PGA Golf Championship from Illinois, and I have a small interest in Lexi Thompson winning!
I think Lexi will get my attention!

I always thought that "sorcery " as in "wizardry" was spelt thus.
I never knew that it could also have a "u" in it?

"Sorcery" is what you will find in the dictionaries, elle. "Sourcery" is a coinage by Terry Pratchett.....and you, of course!
