Hello, Elle!
I have it, at last, I think!
"on reform, tip included"!
In cricket, "on" and "leg" mean the same as regards the pitch, I think.
So, "leg" for "on" (in clue), "alter" for "reform", and "end" for "tip".
Giving "legal tender".
D'ye reckon?

Hi, Rusty!
A shame that Pete Sagan was just beaten.......
I do not understand your reference to a "Team Mystery Package" rider?
Who or what is that?!
Yes, I think you have it, with "on" meaning "leg" - I just looked up "on" in Bradfords and she gives "leg"!
Well done you!
It is good you have parsed the clue!
All done now, then!
Daughter rang and it is going to cost upwards of £500 to replace the clutch in her car...... I think the huge expense is mainly down to labour....
As the car is over eleven years old, she is considering getting a "new" one, rather than paying out for the clutch.
I can see her reasoning.
Right, I must away and plan dinner...no idea what we shall have!
I shall raid the fridge.......
Have you eaten yet?

Good evening, Elle!
Team Sky are the "mystery package" team that has a Parliamentary enquiry ongoing just now.
Peter Sagan is a class rider.
He was first to congratulate the winner, Kwiatkowski.
Yes, I think we have parsed it correctly!
Well done, us!
That appears expensive for a new clutch to be fitted.
Labour costs may well be dear in your daughter's area.
Yes, I have had my tea.
Bacon and cabbage and a choc ice.
Was very nice.

Hi, Rusty!
Ah yes. of course!
I realise now what you meant by your reference to the "mystery package" team !
Sorry, I was rather slow on the uptake there!
Yes, I think it is having a London postcode that puts the prices up.
We pay more for our Insurance policies , too, even though we live right on the borders of the two counties, London and Kent.
It is somewhat of a racket!
I am just about to watch "The Voice"..... it starts in five minutes.........I do enjoy it.......
There is such good camaradie between the judges , too - there is a real "feel good" factor about the programme.

Hello, Elle!
I am no fan of Team Sky!
Yes, I believe things are quite a bit dearer in the London area.
I was pleasantly surprised renewing insurances, car, and home contents, recently.
First time I had used comparison sites.
Made a very good saving on both.
Have you tried comparison sites?
Hope The Voice is going well!
I have been meandering through YouTube!

Hey, Rusty!
The show is going well!
Still half an hour to go........
This week is the Quarter- Finals.
The four judges have three contestants each left.
Each judge chooses his/ her favourite, then the general public gets to vote for two singers out of all those remaining .
What have you found of interest on YouTube?

Hello, Elle!
On YouTube I was looking at dancing!
Clog dancing and jive mainly.
And the Galway Girls doing Irish dancing.
And several clips of Linda Ronstadt.
Boy, can she sing!

Hi, Rusty!
All finished for now!
And I misinformed you........the public had to vote for four (out of eight) of the contestants, not two, as I said previously.
So all in all, with the judges' four choices included, there will be eight singers in next week's Semi Finals.
It should be good.
Yes, I agree with you; Linda Ronstadt is a great singer.
I am still a Katie Melua fan most of all though!
Can your granddaughters do either Irish or Scottish dancing?
(We learned Scottish dancing at school!)
Back to Insurance policies........ I agree that it is worth shopping around, price wise , but one needs to bear in mind that the cheapest is not always the best......
I say this with pet policies especially in mind.
I researched this very carefully , having at one time four cats and one dog..........
I know I mustn't "advertise" but we certainly didn't choose to go with the cheapest premium, but with the best options to cover treatment and care.
Time for a coffee......and maybe a shortie biscuit?

Hello, Elle!
I am not sure about the Scottish dancing, but they all do Irish step dancing to a good standard.
Hard shoe dancing.
I went for almost the cheapest insurance I could find.
My previous insurers were chancers.
Just heard that Chuck Berry has died.
Do you know of him?
I was a fan many years ago.

For Chrise
Moe than happy to join in on rugby. Do you think a new thread might be a good idea; for fear of being submerged on this one?
Can't pretend that I will post that often but it's certainly worth a 'punt'.
