Hi, Rusty!
I have looked again at the wording for the programme about the three country music singers, but it does not mention when the programme was made.
It says it is narrated by singer KT Tunstall, telling how their singing styles evolved, and about their special friendship with each other.
It says that they united to record their 1987 album.
That is all the info I have.
I think it should be a good programme?
Elder daughter Skyped earlier , before the boys' bedtime, to say that they were home safely from holiday in Northumberland and had had a good time!

I had a new zipper sewn in my walking jacket a few years ago by a local tailor. He made a fine job of it at a sensible price.
It is my oldest walking jacket and a favourite, because it has many pockets to it.
The modern jackets seem to lack pockets, I think.

I shall collect my boots on Tuesday as I shall be going over that way to have my hair trimmed.

I never take my shoulder bag out with me when out walking - everything goes into numerous (zipped) jacket pockets!
All is now falling into place in "Chesapeake"....the characters are beginning to link up nicely......and I am becoming more involved with the story.

Gosh! Thank you for mentioning this Elle, otherwise I would not have even known it was time to change the clocks! Though my computer and the wall clock automatically change over night.

We gain an hour.
My computer, the Freeview box and the central heating timer all change themselves automatically. I have only to alter the clocks and the timer on the microwave.

I put some clocks and timers back last night.
Just have one (that I can think of) to do.
My local newspaper had a catalogue included in it this week.
There was a watch for sale in it, which was accurate to "one second in 139,000,000 years".
That's quite good!
I think a lot of walking jackets are sold more as a fashion item, than for practicality.
They seem to lack map pockets, and whatever pockets they do have, should be zipped.

It is not a very nice day here as yet.... foggy!
I can barely see to the bottom of the garden!
We haven't been out as yet this morning, as we are meeting our daughter and family later at the park - then they are coming back here afterwards.

I have done the Everyman - and all fully parsed - an improvement on yesterday's abysmal attempt at the Times15 x15 !
It was good to have a modicum of daylight when I got up this morning!

There is a series on Sky Arts TV, in which someone chooses six items at the British Library which are special to them.
Sounds a bit like Desert Island Discs!
I'll record it and see what I make of it.
I am sure a visit to the British Library would be very worthwhile.

I am ashamed to say that no, I have never been to the British Library!
It is in central London on Euston Road, near to University College.
I believe it is very extensive and apart from obviously having books, has exhibitions there and a Business Centre, too.
I think I should investigate it?
The Magna Carta is housed there.
The Arts programme sounds interesting. I shall look forward to hearing about it!
We are about to go out very shortly, meeting our daughter at 11am.
The fog has more or less lifted now.......but still a dull day.
