I think the UTC time has caused confusion - I reckon that voting starts in about 45 minutes!

Sorry about that chrise. I amended the time to 12 noon to allow those who live on the far side of the world to vote. I have no idea what UTC means and should have left it out.
If anyone wishes to add a clue before 1 pm UK time, they may. All votes from 12 noon will count. I apologise again and promise to be more careful in future should I ever win again!
