Yes - Wiktionary gives "jibe" as the US spelling for "gybe", but I'm sure that the Swallows and Amazons "jibed" (for instance, when Swallow hit the rock at the beginning of "Swallowdale").

Ah! Signs of a "well-spent" youth Chris. Swallows and Amazons. Those were the days.

And Ari - gosh! What a terrible time you're having/ Hopefully Spring is not too far away.

Thanks AB. Nelson the sky-glider, eh? The mind boggles.

Jazzy. So it's you who's the sailor. Myself and AB refuse stays regularly :-))

See you next week, hopefully

G'nite

Not just youth, jolan - I re-read most of them regularly (can you guess which ones I miss out?)

Well done Jolan, these proved a little trickier than usual.
Keep up the good work.
