Just found found our library has electronic versions through Zinio.
Harper's editions available - 2012 Nov to 2013 Oct.

Hi syzygy, since you're about and I think all regulars have completed re 17a; to me as it stands it's a sort of hybrid clue:
If it's a container with the indicator being "in" then "start to" is superfluous but if it is to indicate d(o) where indeed does the "o" come from?
