Tough call again - the usual complement of great clues.

Liked Aristo #3, of course.
Not a fan of most reductive (?) anagrams, but Jws #12 was well done.
Hard to decide between Paul's #19 & 20. Super!
So, Paul # 20.

13 of you took up the challenge of hierarchal and unusually we have a clear winner with only Thea and chrise (doubtful) still to vote...of the unmentioned clues I particularly enjoyed Thea's "higher Arkle", but, as aforementioned, the runaway winner is bbm2@9 with the brilliantly topical.... So "debt" is cancelled when Charlie Hebdo's art is destroyed by this type of society ? (10)

Well done , marty (it's a bit frightening living in France at the moment, even miles away from anywhere), and thanx 2 ixion, esp. for that clip: I love that comedian in the middle, tho' I've forgotten his name again (good to catch up on, better late than never, etc).
