Aha! I think I have them all now, assuming the one is really extremely "fanciful" (i.e. never was & probably never will be) !!!

Two whole days later, I've only just noticed "Pope Joan" (apart from being a version of John) was a MYTHICAL woman pope! Oh well, makes no difference now, but I now understand the setter's word "fancifully" differently!
