Hi,

I'm stumped on a two word answer on the Imitation Game crossword (an extract of the test given to prospective Bletchley Park candidates during World War II). The clue is: "Said to be a remedy for a burn (Two words 5, 3).
I know that the first word starts with an O and the second word has an I for the middle letter.

I'm stumped. The only thing I could figure was Oxide ?I?. Does anyone have any idea?

Thanks!

If the middle letter of the 2nd word is "i" not "L", olive oil? Used to soothe skin burns.

olive oil is correct. Olbas would actually cause burning.

Olive Oil it is. Thank you very much! And with that last clue I've now unlocked the exclusive content on the Imitation Game movie website. Thanks to all.
