First word is Third, I think. This only confuses me.

There is no verb and the first word is "third". Look at all third items somewhere and that will tell you what to do.

I've just finished - it wasn't as bad as it seemed. The 'advice' tells you exactly where to look to find the last step.

Roum = an old(historic) spelling of room.
