A surprisingly high number of good clues to a difficult word, I thought. I particularly liked GK@15, bbm2 @16 and mattrom @ 17, but I'm going for:

Wasn't too thrilled with such a short word at first; obviously didn't do well with it. However, after reading the other entries, I was amazed at the ingenuity of the other setters.
Breadth - unreal. Hardest batch to formulate (5)
This is the hardest batch I have had to chose from. My top list has four @ 3,7,14,16.
Second tier has five, I won't list all the names.
