I made a mistake on clue1, now i have the letter h from Gandhi.
clue 1 should be :
1. of a crimson hue (7) R?s???h
the cryptic clue is " With some embarrassment , it's like eggnog "

is the S definite?
i can only think of reddish.

sorry trevor, the "s" is wrong , it should be "d", mamya is right , the answer is " reddish.
