I'm starting to feel like Ari. I keep getting "page/s unresponsive" on the site and only on this site.. I've just changed from Google Chrome to Explorer and, so far, it hasn't happened. I know; I just found that out today when checking my answer. I've never heard it used here though (I mean in New England). If you were being specific you might use the term "tire boot", but that usually isn't necessary.
