It isn't really a telegram, chrise (no I'm not going to call you that!)
It's a Greetings card, saying what the telegrams used to say. Personally I wouldn't want one, but that might sound like sour grapes......

Both those things are really tough, Jazzy. I'm sorry, and also hope that his illness is at least controllable by treatment?
