I've got all the letters for 4D exchange greetings (4,3,4,2,3) & for 24D A frank & outspoken reprimand (1,5,2,4,4) but I just can't see the phrases so am probably more blotto than usual today!

( By the way very pleased to see a mention of Earby earlier! Went there recently on a trip down memory lane, had many happy holidays there with grandparents when I was much younger!)

Thanks jazzgirl! Ha ha yes Chrise, not your ideal tourist spot but my mum grew up there then moved to London asap! I still love the moors but all the places I remembered as a child have changed so much. I remember a lovely old sweet shop by the beck near the library, that's gone! There was a huge cotton mill in Earby but it's now a huge house.

Thanks to you all for your help. I was trying to work out an actual greetings for 4D ...... No wonder I could not get it. It was irritating me as I knew I should have known both long answers. I've still got 3 more left I'm working on which I want to get before Johnny snaffled the paper!!!!!
