Hi all
As I put forward last week I am prepared to start CLUELESS this week.
I have sent a friendly email to Les40 to check whether he wants to do it - But no reply.
So I am ready to go for the sake of the game but would like some of you to underwrite this with a short OK on this thread ----otherwise!!!!

Can we assume Les won't be appearing here any longer, then? Does anyone know?

I think ginge exchanged Emails with les last week - perhaps he will know.

I certainly hope Les will be back (despite perhaps having to pussyfoot around the sensibilities of others) the site will be a lot worse without his input.

Hope to see Les back soon. I don't do Clueless but always enjoy reading the thread. Ginge said Les had a problem accessing the site, so I hope this has been resolved.

I've just sent Les another email but I still have not yet received a reply to my last one. I don't wish to post his comments without his permission but I have offered to cut and paste any comments he feels are appropriate if he still can't access the site under his regular log in details.

I think that you should at least give Les a chance to post. Perhaps, if nothing has turned up be early evening you could offer yours then?

Having posted a few raunchy clues myself, I for one would never be tempted to complain to the site keepers. As I said in last week's thread, I just decided to sit that one out. I do hope that Les will post a new word tomorrow, and that he doesn't intend to drop out of sight. His clues are always clever and inspired, the JE is wonderful (and a huge undertaking on his part), and he's all-around a great guy.

I second that, aristo.
