Can anyone help parse these......

22d. False report, in part gets me arrested (5) - SMEAR (I think) I can see ME but not the rst.

3d. One who should diet starts off action bigger (9) - OVEREATER (One who should diet)

16d. Princess's annoyance - about time to hasten King's ballet (9) - PETRUSHKA (Ballet) If RUSH = 'Hasten' and K(ing) + T(ime) I'm left with PETA for 'Princess's Annoyance'?

4d. Society in which style provides entertainment (4) - S?O? (Show?) but how?
