Fierce lambs born together (4) ?EL?

It's hard to give an additional clue - it's just a little word for 'fierce' and (new to me) lambs born at the same time. It's also a word for a hill, I think.
Post again if you'd rather just have the answer!

Fell means both fierce and born (of animals)?
