Judging by my own efforts I must be considerably easier this week. It is only Thursday and I have finished it but for three., all short ones 1D and 2D and 23A. Will keep trying.

Chrise. I did not have time to respond to the clue you gave last week from The Guardian and probably would not have got it anyway. However it was interesting that you had a coincidence as well.

I cannot the believe the TV pictures of the weather in the south and west. Hope you are all managing to keep dry and safe.
