Oh my word! A tie! Two very good subtractive anagrams to choose between.

I'll hang on for a while to see if busby can break the tie.

It's early morning (7:10) in eastern Australia at the moment - does anyone know whereabouts busby lives?

If anyone interested is out there, could I ask for opinions, please? Should I extend the (arbitrary) deadline to give busby the chance to vote, or should I make my decision tonight?

Hoping to hear from you!

OK, I'll stick my neck out & say in my opinion it would be OK for you to decide now, Chris!

Thanks GK - I'll give it a little longer to see if any other opinions are voiced.

At the risk of sounding too interested , Chris maybe you could scrutinise previous PRs to see if busby votes at a particular time ?

Thanks for that suggestion, BBM2. busby voted just before 8 last week, and doesn't seem to have voted at all the previous two.

I'll give it another 15 minutes, then decide if still necessary.

OK, I'll have to bite the bullet..
congratulations to all the participants - I enjoyed reading all the entries. Particularly warm regards to jws and BBM2, who sportingly voted for each other.

I did selfishly hope that an entry with CAT or CATS might win (you will see why). However I can't separate the two excellent contributions from jws and BBM2, so I am going to use a very unfair criterion to decide. Sorry, BBM2 - you seem to win quite often, so I am going to award this one to jws, for his clue:
