The other across one is unbeaten, but I'm stumped on the down ones, probably need to solve 22 first.

Yes, it's an anagram that includes the letters of 22 as fodder.

When you get 22d the fish in the word is cod and the ltrs rs mean recording secretary, plus the usual word for about. Hope this helps

I have it as a simple anagram of 22d + records, and prehistoric fish as the definition.
