I don't think they should be answered. If they are posting on here they have the wherewithal to conduct the same research as everyone else. Lazy, cheating monkeys, that's what they are. If the regulars (and indeed everyone else) stopped answering them they would soon go away. Mind you I think crossword queries should receive 'clues' only unless the poster has specifically requested otherwise. As I know from personal experience a clue is almost always all that is required. Ok, end of rant. Ta, ta.

I am afraid this site might go the way of AB, with hundreds of posts about charity quizzes which are easily Google-able. I know that the same could be said of all the crossword help which is requested - but at least that it what this site was set up for !

I may be a silly boy, but why moan about people asking for clues/answers for charity quizzes ..... it's no different to asking for clues/answers to prize crosswords. It's still clues and answers when you think about it ! ;o)

Silly boy - the generalist crossword was only posted online today and already you are asking for answers - I think that proves JDo's point!

I don't remember any rules saying where and when I can post clues ! ;o)
