I don't see how anyone could take offence. I'm glad the advice has been offered - I had wondered whether to do so myself.

I use this site infrequentlt but whenever I do people have been more than helpful, espicially John from Arran. I was delighted to read the post explaining what we should do and understand fully how it must be annoying if details aren't given. I can't understand how anyone could take umbrage at such a simple request.
