Thank you Bigbadmarty2 & Harrhy,

After all, plasma is a liquid; I had red wine penciled in but your Lilac wine is better.

Regards

Fogram.

Plasma (from Greek πλάσμα, "anything formed"[1]) is one of the four fundamental states of matter (the others being solid, liquid, and gas).
Hi fogram, I'm pretty sure BBM2 is spot on. Above is the opening sentence from the "wiki" entry.

Is the other answer not simply wine; hence the colours in the clue being appropriately red and lilac.
