Can someone help before I pull my hair out! I only need the answer to one last clue. 16d No clue, only *O*I*R*S* Presuming that 17a is Scotstoun and 21a is INA.

Aha! I worked it out for myself. It's Tollcross. The International Swimming Centre for the Commonwealth Games. I had INA for 21a instead of LEA which threw me!
